This Shipping Policy explains how shipping is handled for orders placed through Petal Lane Home. Petal Lane Home is operated by C&L Productions, LLC.

Order Processing Times

Retail Orders

Retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 6 business days after your order is placed.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size, complexity, and volume of the order.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, high-volume periods, or if additional time is needed to verify order details.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the shipment.

Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

For wholesale orders, shipping costs depend on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method for the order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

After your order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Area

Our standard online checkout is available only for shipping addresses within the continental United States.

We do not offer standard online shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

In rare cases, shipments outside the continental United States may be reviewed and arranged directly through our sales team at our discretion. These exceptions are not part of our standard shipping program and must be approved in advance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Petal Lane Home is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order before shipment, we will do our best to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at sales@petallane.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help review the issue and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim or next steps. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery issues may be subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number.

For orders outside of the continental United States email us at hello@petallane.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Shipping outside of the continental USA does not fall under our free shipping policy.
