Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii with additional shipping costs. Please email/call us so we can get you a shipping quote. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Hawaii & Alaska. You can contact us at hello@petallane.com or 435-896-9531
What if I receive something that is damaged?
This is a rare occurrence but on the occasion that it does happen, we will send a replacement immediately. See our shipping and returns page for details.
Can I check the status of my order?
Each piece is made to order and takes about 5-6 business days to ship. When your order ships you will receive and email with a tracking number. If you have any additional questions email us at hello@petallane.com
Can I change/cancel my order?
Each piece is made to order so once production has begun changes and cancellations cannot be made. If you would like to make a change email us as soon as possible at hello@petallane.com.
Can I change my shipping address after I placed my order?
As long as you give us enough notice we would be happy to send your piece where you would like. Email us at hello@petallane.com.
How long will it take for my products to ship?
