At Petal Lane Home, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our store. Petal Lane Home is operated by C&L Productions, LLC.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after that window will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that you received it

unworn or unused

with tags, if applicable

in its original packaging

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

sale items

gift cards
Because certain products are made to order, approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Cancelled orders may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee if production has already begun or costs have already been incurred.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sales@petallane.com.
You may also be able to initiate a return through your customer account by viewing your order and selecting the available return option, where applicable.
Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, or because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we may provide a return shipping label and, unless the return is due to our error, the cost of that return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is the result of our error, including an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed to process your claim or refund.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us promptly at sales@petallane.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee and any deductible return shipping costs described above. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after we issue it.
In many cases, refunds are processed sooner, but please allow up to four weeks from the date you give your package to the return shipper for the full return and refund process to be completed. This timing may include:
