Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy

At Petal Lane our goal is to make sure every customer loves their order. If you receive your order and are unsatisfied, we want to make it right. You can contact us at hello@petallane.com. If you have a damaged item or something that was our error, we will assist you with a replacement/refund. 

If you'd like to return/exchange a non-damaged product, we will offer a full refund/exchange once you send us back the product and we receive it.

We ask that you notify us of any needed returns, exchanges or damaged items within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Shipping

Retail orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

Wholesale orders will ship within 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the size of the order.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number.
