Shipping & Returns
At Petal Lane our goal is to make sure every customer loves their order. If you receive your order and are unsatisfied, we want to make it right. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have a damaged item or something that was our error, we will assist you with a replacement/refund.
If you'd like to return/exchange a non-damaged product, we will offer a full refund/exchange once you send us back the product and we receive it.
For custom orders, all purchases are print to order. So unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds/replacements since the order is unique to you. If there is a production error that is our fault, we will offer replacements/refunds. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they use high quality images and the correct text/fonts whenever they do a custom piece.
Retail orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Wholesale orders will ship within 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order.
Free shipping on all retail orders over $50! Orders under $50 will have a $5 shipping charge. Wholesale shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the size of the order.
For orders outside of the continental United States email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Shipping outside of the continental USA does not fall under our free shipping policy.
When your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number.
